Documents required for Financial Lines claims:

Written advice to the Insurer informing them on
the potential of a claim. Such advice should contain the
following basic information: |

Background facts indicating the complaint, the
persons involved and the sequence of events resulting in a claim |

Any material evidences as proof for the claim
(e.g. letters, testimonies of witnesses, etc.) |

Please note that the list of required documents will depend on
the specific nature of loss, hence, additional documents and/or information may be requested from the assured, if
necessary.
